A few days ago I tried making fried bananas. It is one of my favorite desserts and I have been wanting to make it for a while, I just thought it was a lot harder than it is! It was actually pretty simple, but I did manage to overfry them a little. They still turned out so good! A little advice is not to make too many. Raven doesn't like bananas so there where more for me, so some of them had time to cool down. They taste best when still hot and crispy. I used this receipe, it is in Norwegian, and I served it with vanilla ice cream, caramel and chocolate sauce.
